DERRIMUT WEELAM LOGO/BROCHURE DESIGN

We always enjoy working with Victorian Aboriginal Associations and local Gathering Places. Not only do we get to work with some amazing artists but also the people involved in the management of First Nations’ Associations and Charitable Community Organisations are a delight to work with. We love our involvement in First Nations’ cultural events – we are learning so much about our country and are proud to help facilitate the spread of cultural knowledge to all Australians.

New logo and Flyer/brochure design for a new Aboriginal gathering place in Mordialloc. Derrimut is named after Chief Derrimut a Boon Wurrung leader who was the head of the Yalukit-weelam clan, whose land extends from the mouth of the Yarra River, to what is now St Kilda and South Melbourne. The design is based on Indigenous artwork depicting the Mordialloc coast and creek landscapes.
